Laughlin Renewal

Laughlin Real Estate Continuing Education

24 hours of continuing education are required for license renewal every two years . The six required classes (3 hours in each) are: Commissioner's Standards, Agency Law, Contract Law, Fair Housing, Disclosures, and Real Estate Legal Issues. Additional hours beyond the minimum required may be used for general credit. New licensees must complete a 6-hour Contract Writing Workshop ("Boot Camp") before "activating" a license. Designated and self-employed brokers must attend a 3-hour Broker Management Clinic every 2 years as part of their continuing education. Required NAR / Local Association Ethics course offered regularly.
